1. The purposes for which the personal data are collected will be determined before or at the time of collection
2. All personal information collected will only be used for the purpose for which the information was collected, or for purposes directly related to it, or to assist you in making inquiries or appointments, or for other compatible purposes, or any other purpose that may be agreed between you and Yuguan Medical purposes, unless Yuguan Medical obtains the consent of the relevant person or is required by law or court order
3. Yuguan Medical will retain personal data until the above purposes of collecting the data are achieved, unless the above personal data may be required to be retained in accordance with any applicable regulations or contractual requirements.
4. Yuguan Medical will take practicable steps to ensure that the personal data is accurate taking into account the purposes for which the personal data is or will be used.
5. Computer data is stored in computer systems and storage media where access to data is strictly regulated. Where your personal data is held, used and/or transferred by Yu Guan Medical, adequate protection measures will be in place to prevent accidental and/or unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, destruction or modification of the personal data. .
6. All personal data held by us will be kept confidential, however, Yuguan Medical may disclose such data to the following persons when disclosure is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected:
   1. Any subsidiary, holding company, associated company, related company/person, or company controlled by Utopia Healthcare;
   2. Any individual or company acting on behalf of or associated with Yuguan Medical for the purpose of providing such information;
   3. Any other person or company who has the obligation to keep the above information confidential for Yuguan Medical, and such person or company has promised to keep the information confidential and has the legal right to access the information;
   4. Yuguan Medical’s distributors, agents, contractors, suppliers and other telecommunications, information service providers and content providers;
   5. Yuguan Medical’s professional advisors, including accountants, auditors and lawyers
   6. Governmental and regulatory agencies and other organizations required or authorized by law or court order. If personal data will be transferred outside Hong Kong under such disclosure, we will first seek your written consent for the transfer. If such data is collected, held, processed or used in any way in Hong Kong, it would be a breach of the requirements under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (the “Ordinance”). Medical will take all reasonable precautions and make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the information is not collected, held, processed or used in any way at that location.
7. Personal data may be disclosed to any person pursuant to any statutory or contractual obligation or court requirement, but he/they must prove their right or authority to access the data.
8. Personal data may also be disclosed under Part VIII of the Ordinance, where the relevant personal data is exempt from the provisions of the Ordinance.
9. You have the right to determine whether Yuguan Medical holds any of your personal data. You have the right to obtain a copy of such information if held by Yuguan Medical, and to request that Yuguan Medical correct any inaccurate personal data in its possession.
10. Yuguan Medical will make available to customers information about our policies and practices regarding the management of personal data at any time.
11. Yuguan Medical may use your personal data to send direct marketing communications. We will seek your consent first and provide you with the opportunity to opt out of receiving such communications. With each subsequent direct marketing communication sent to you, Yuguan Medical will provide you with the opportunity to opt out of the use of your personal data for subsequent marketing.
12. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version of this Privacy Policy Statement and its Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.

You may request access to and/or correction of your personal information by writing to Yuguan Medical in accordance with the Ordinance.
Yuguan Medical reserves the right to modify or change this policy from time to time without any prior notice. Any changes to this Privacy Policy Statement are effective immediately upon posting.
